Martin Schmidt heeft de leiding van het filiaal van TRANSCO Suisse AG in R\u00fcmlang overgenomen. Als nieuwe Head of Branch brengt hij jarenlange ervaring mee in het Europese weggoederenvervoer, met name in het verkeer tussen Duitsland en Zwitserland.<\/p>\n

Martin Schmidt<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Schmidt houdt zich naar eigen zeggen al meer dan 20 jaar intensief bezig met transporten van en naar Zwitserland. Tot zijn eerdere professionele posities behoort met name CARGOFLEX: Dit bedrijf heeft hij 18 jaar lang als oprichter en directeur geleid. In deze periode heeft Schmidt onder andere ingezet op intermodale transportconcepten en de uitbreiding van duurzamere verkeersoplossingen.<\/p>\n

Een belangrijk aandachtspunt lag daarbij ook op het verkeer naar Zwitserland. Onder zijn leiding breidde CARGOFLEX onder andere de intermodale activiteiten tussen Duitsland en Zwitserland uit. Daartoe investeerde het bedrijf bijvoorbeeld in kraanbare megatrailers voor het gecombineerde vervoer.<\/p>\n

Na zijn vertrek bij CARGOFLEX begint Schmidt nu een nieuw hoofdstuk bij TRANSCO Suisse. Sinds begin september is hij als Head of Branch verantwoordelijk voor de locatie R\u00fcmlang in het kanton Z\u00fcrich. Tegelijkertijd heeft hij ook zijn priv\u00e9-leefomgeving naar Zwitserland verplaatst.<\/p>\n

\u00abSinds meer dan 20 jaar houd ik me intensief bezig met verkeer van en naar Zwitserland. Hieruit zijn niet alleen veel ervaringen voortgekomen, maar ook een echte passie en verbondenheid met dit land\u00bb, legt Schmidt uit over zijn overstap.<\/p>\n

Bij TRANSCO Suisse wil hij deze ervaring nu samen met het team op de locatie R\u00fcmlang inbrengen. De Zwitserse onderneming maakt deel uit van de internationaal actieve TRANSCO-groep en biedt transport- en logistieke diensten voor nationale en internationale goederenstromen aan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
